Blog Entry 2 – Continuation of My Volunteering with Green Place Foundation After my first experiences, I continued collaborating with the Green Place Foundation, and every day I learn more about the importance of protecting our environment. First experience: Participating in a compost workshop. I learned how to transform organic waste into natural fertilizer, and now I want to apply this knowledge at home. Second experience: Joining a brigade that visited several houses to explain to families how to separate their trash. At first, it was a little difficult because some people were not interested, but little by little they understood the importance of the topic. Third experience: Supporting a cleaning campaign on the riverbanks. It was tiring, but when I saw the place free of waste, I felt that our effort was worth it. Planned activities: For the upcoming days, I hope to join an electronic recycling event and help in a community talk about saving energy.

It has been a very enriching experience, and I want to share some of the activities I participated in. First experience: A reforestation campaign near the river. It happened on a Saturday morning, and I helped plant more than ten trees. I felt proud knowing that those trees will improve the air quality. Second experience: Cleaning a local park. Many volunteers joined, and together we collected a lot of trash. It was hard work, but in the end, the park looked clean and pleasant for everyone. Third experience: Visiting an elementary school and talking to the children about the importance of recycling. They asked many questions, and I felt happy to motivate them to care for nature. Planned activities: For the following days, I plan to design posters about water conservation and jo...

my experiences as a volunter in environmental protección

My Experience at Green Place Foundation Volunteering at the Green Place Foundation has been an important experience. The program focuses on protecting nature, cleaning public spaces, and educating people about environmental care. Activities include collecting waste, planting trees, and giving information about recycling and sustainable practices. Being part of this program makes me feel motivated because I know the work has a positive impact. Collaborating with other volunteers is valuable, since everyone shares the same goal of protecting the environment. Although some tasks are physically demanding, the results demonstrate that the effort is worthwhile. Every contribution, even small, is significant. Here are five recommendations to protect the environment: 1. Reduce the use of plastic products. 2. Recycle consistently at home and school. 3. Conserve water and electricity. 4. Prefer walking or cycling instead of driving. 5. Participate in tree planting and care for green areas....
